Thero’s Nintendo Switch Game Christmas Gift Guide.

OK, this post is a little later than expected but if you know someone or indeed is someone who is desperately looking for Nintendo Switch game recommendations, then this is the post for them/you!

I did do a game recommendation post for PS4 games and like with that post, I do have some ground rules to establish. Firstly, all of the games I am recommending can be found on Amazon.co.uk. This way, if anyone who is not familiar with games is looking, they can easily buy it. This does mean there won’t be any niche games, but I’ll try and throw in some lesser known titles. Also, these are games that I have played either on Switch or another platform, so you know that I have experienced the games I am recommending. Unfortunately, that does mean you won’t see any Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate or Luigi’s Mansion 3, although I have heard that all three are excellent games. OK, let’s dive into the games I can recommend!

Thero’s Playstation 4 Game Christmas Gift Guide.

Since Christmas is just around the corner and people are still having trouble getting their hands on a Playstation 5; I thought I would give some Playstation 4 game recommendations, just in case anyone was looking to get a PS4 for Christmas or if someone was looking for a gift idea for a PS4 gamer.

Before we dive into the games, I just wanted to establish a couple of things. Firstly, all of the games I am recommending can be found on Amazon.co.uk. This way, if anyone who is not familiar with games is looking, they can easily buy it. This does mean there won’t be any niche games, but I’ll try and throw in some lesser known titles. Also, these are games that I have played either on PS4 or another platform, so you know that I have experienced the games I am recommending. OK, enough of my waffling, let’s take a look at the games!

Update: Time Is Really Flying By!

In just over two weeks, Christmas Day will be here! Seriously, where has the time gone?! And weirdly enough, I can’t recall what I have actually been doing in December, apart from working and trying to fit all the Christmas things in. I swear, as a child December used to take it time but now it seems like 2019 is just around the corner!

Enough of my bewilderment, what have I been getting up to? I finally managed to get something for my Secret Santa recipient for work.I feel like Secret Santa is Christmas Russian Roulette- its alright if you get someone you know but if not, its a nightmare to find something. At home, we now have the Christmas decorations up, so the downstairs of the house looks like a Christmas grotto- I seriously don’t want to see what the electricity bill in January looks like! Finally, my parents, brother and I went out and had an early Christmas dinner. Look if I can only have roast turkey dinner in one month of the year, then I am going to make sure I make the most of the opportunity!

Well, if you’re stuck, read on, as I give you couple of ideas…

My Christmas Playlist 2018.

Now that it is the first day of December, I can now listen to Christmas music without feeling guilty that it is too early to do so. Last year, I created a Christmas playlist with some of my favourite Christmas songs; in this post, I’m going to be updating that list with some more songs to add some more Christmas magic.

If you dislike festive pop songs, you may want to give this post a miss- you have been warned!
