With a lot of superhero films being released this year and the summer blockbusters coming out in cinemas, I thought now would be a good time to recommend a book all about people with superpowers, Steelheart by Brandon Sanderson.

Yep, I’ve been dogsitting again but this time it was for a good cause. It turns out I’m not the only one in my family who makes crazy challenges for themselves, my sister does it as well. I have to admit that her challenge was a little more ambitious than mine: she’s taking part in the London Marathon to raise money for The Children’s Society. Wow, Thero is actually on time with her round-up post for once! I know, this must be a sign of the impending apocalypse. So while we wait for the end to come, let’s take a look at what I’ve been reading!
