Way back in May, I wrote a post about Playstation trophy requirements that really annoyed me. Well, today, I thought I would share my pet peeves about game collecting. So, let’s vent some frustrations!

Since today is Valentine’s Day, the day all about love, I thought this would be a good time to talk about some of the games I love on the console I arguably love the most- the Playstation 2. So, let’s take a look at some of the games in my collection that have a special place in heart!

My Video Game Collection: My Plans For 2022.

The gaming collecting community saw a lot of ups and downs over the course of 2021. A lot of people online said they are stopping collecting video games, mainly because the prices for some consoles are getting a little crazy. I’m fortunate as a lot of the consoles I collect for, seem to be not as affected by this price increase. So, today, I thought I would share my intentions/plans for my game collections in 2022.

Since we are in the last month of December, I thought I would take a look back at my year of video game collecting. There have been several ups and downs for the video game collecting community ranging from the increase in prices for certain games to the almost closure of the PS Vita and PS3 digital stores. Despite these low points, I have continued to enjoy adding to my library of games. So, let’s take a look at the past twelve months of video game collecting!

If you’ve read my most recent gaming update post, then this is going to come as no surprise to you… I bought a new Playstation console! And no, its not a PS5, its a Playstation 3.

My Game Collection: The Games I Wish To Add.

Its been a while since I talked about video game collecting so, I thought, today I would talk about the games I would love to one day have in my video game collection. Some of these will be games that are just a little too expensive, while others are too hard to find and some will just be games I just haven’t gotten around to buying. I will say that I can pretty much buy all of these games digitally, however I am a bit of a physical games collector and I would love to get each of these games physically. Finally, when I talk about the games being expensive or hard to find, I am talking about buying PAL physical versions of the games, so they may be easier or cheaper to acquire elsewhere in the world. WIth all that being said,  let’s take a look at the games I would love to add to my collection!

My Game Collection: Pokemon Spin-Off Games

Since this year we are celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Pokemon franchise, I thought this would be a good time to take a look at the Pokemon games in my collection. However, thought simply looking at the main games in the series would be a little dull; so instead, I’m going to show you guys the spin-off Pokemon titles that I own. Let’s take a look!

My Game Collection: The First Games For Each Console I Own.

In case it hasn’t been obvious, I love gaming. I have loved it since the first time I picked up the Sega Megadrive controller and tried to guide Sonic through the first Green Hill Zone stage. So, with February being the month of love, how can I share my love for this entertainment medium, considering I’ve been talking about it on this blog for the past five years? Well, I thought that today I will share with you a glimpse into a part of my gaming that I don’t often share on this blog- my physical video game collection. Now, I’m not one of these mega collectors with thousands of games, complete in box but I have kept every single game I own for each of the consoles I have. Since this is the first time I’m showing off my collection, I thought the best place to start would be with the first game I owned for each of my consoles.
